Rachel Poses
MSW-I
Life can be challenging, and different phases bring different challenges. Meaningful change is possible, and it begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. Together, we can work toward managing anxiety, stress, depression, and interpersonal conflict so you can move forward with more ease.
I help children, adolescents, and teens work through challenges such as anxiety, peer relationships, self-esteem, family conflict, emotional regulation, and school or academic pressure. I also support emerging adults as they navigate life transitions and interpersonal relationships, as well as individuals in the sandwich generation who are balancing the demands of raising children while caring for aging parents.
My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood and empowered as you navigate life’s tough challenges. We can work together to help you manage anxiety, stress, conflict, depression, and interpersonal relationship challenges in a safe and trusting environment.
Approach & Values
My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded. I pair clinical knowledge with insight and empathy, while creating a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can work together toward your goals.
I draw on evidence-based clinical strategies, including CBT, DBT, and other researched modalities, tailoring our work to your individual needs and what feels the most helpful for you.
