Sabrina Rothschild
MFT-LP
A native New Yorker, who spent several years in Miami, Sabrina has navigated intense, high-achieving, fast-paced worlds and finds peace in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Knowing how society’s conventional measures of success don’t always lead to genuine fulfillment, she followed her calling to a career helping people discover and pursue their own unique passions, aspirations, and sense of purpose.
In addition to earning a BA with honors and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy Summa cum Laude, Sabrina has over a decade of experience in addiction and mental health recovery. She has earned several certifications including: Peer Recovery Advocate (CRPA), Mental Health First Aid, Harm Reduction, Supporting Recovery with Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT), DBT, and ethical considerations for recovery coaches.
While most of Sabrina’s “free” time is spent with her husband and their young child, she loves photography, 90’s memorabilia, dreaming of the Amalfi coast, hot yoga, (almost) every genre of music, entertaining at her house, driving to a great song, a long nap, and taking her dog to Central Park.
