Sober Curious Group
Exploring our relationship with alcohol and other drugs
Have you ever wondered:
- Could I have a fulfilling social life not centered around drinking?
- Can I enjoy a social event without “social lubricant” or “liquid courage?”
- Can dating without drinking be fun and successful?
- Do I sometimes drink because I don’t want to stand out?
- What would my life look like without using substances?

We’ll cover:
- The many reasons people are becoming increasingly curious about sobriety
- Ways to make the daunting shift from ubiquitous substance use to a more conscious life
- How to navigate friends and family towards support of your lifestyle adjustments
- Fun and creative ways of reimagining scenarios normally centered around alcohol and other substances
- How the sober curiosity movement is supporting people in their decisions around drugs and alcohol
