Paris Williams, MHC-LP
Paris is driven to guide clients toward fulfilling their self-worth. She embodies compassion and makes your relationship with yourself her top priority. Paris’ upbringing ignited her passion for unraveling unhealthy relationships, identifying sustainable coping mechanisms, and living a life reflective of one’s truest morals and values. She earned her master’s degree at Lincoln Christian University in Illinois, where she trained in Cognitive-Behavioral and Emotion-Focused Therapy approaches. Paris is committed to delving into the depths of one’s core and connecting to one’s confidence.
Paris’ interests typically lead her to roller-skating and maintaining an open-mind to trying new things. She holds dear the importance of introspection and practices self-reflection not only through her work as a clinician, but also as someone aiming to understand the complexities of human nature.
Paris gently highlights your self-awareness and collaborates with you to develop a stronger sense of self. She adopts a client-centered approach and is passionate about emphasizing your relationship patterns, communication styles, and early attachments. In your work with Paris, you will learn to lean into your growing pains, reflect on life patterns, and experience genuine acceptance.
