Anna Glaser, MHC-I
With a BA in psychology and neuroscience from Wake Forest University, Anna began her professional career as an innovation consultant at Mercer—a leading global human resources firm. In her position, she consulted early-stage startups on their product design and offerings, and became enthused by innovation, collaboration, and creation. Anna’s true passion for human behavior and interpersonal dynamics led her to graduate school at Columbia University studying counseling psychology.
As a bicultural Hispanic-American who grew up in London and New York, Anna understands the importance of intersecting identities in shaping who we are and who we would like to be.
Anna develops personalized strategies and techniques to support you on your journey towards fulfillment, connection, and happiness. She helps people explore maladaptive patterns and behaviors and implement change to make them more adaptive.
Anna incorporate’s results-oriented cognitive behavioral techniques with more reflective work on the unconscious. Through a deeper understanding interpersonal dynamics and tendencies, she can help you have more fulfilling social, professional, familial and romantic relationships.
