We also draw extensively on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and coaching techniques and offer telephone and video support in addition to in-person counseling.
In some cases, clients find it helpful to engage in multiple types of counseling and coaching; other clients may progress from one form of therapy to another as their needs and goals evolve.
